Return Policy
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatsoever reason, we are here to help! You can apply for a refund or an exchange within 4 days from the date of receipt of your order.
The return or the exchange as the case may be shall be done as per the following guidelines:
- Exchange: The exchange shall be processed in the event the product received by you is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.risaka.co.in , attributable to our fault.
- Refund: The refund shall be processed in the event the product of your choice is unavailable, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose refund to have your money returned to you as per the original payment method opted by you during placing the order.
Please note that the return policy is subject to the following conditions:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- The product is returned along with proof of purchase/receipt that came along with the product
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Upload/share via email the proof of purchase/receipt
